    The first step is always the hardest, therefore I wanna congratulate you on your diet. It might be very hard not to eat after 6 pm instead of this, I would enroll a gym and start working out to losing weight, and at the same time shaping my body. In that way, you can melt your body fat and build your muscles group, otherwise you can also lose your muscles while losing fat. These are my idea about diet and gym, hope you don’t get me wrong. See ya!

    1. Those are beautiful suggestions 🙂 I can’t disagree with any of those. Except 🙂 at 150KG it is kind of impossible to go into muscle loss unless you starve yourself. I’m planning to implement all your suggestions post 130KG or 120KG. For now, I’m just watching how much weight I can lose simply by cutting sugar and starch. Thanks for the comment 😉

  2. Good luck bro. You have done it before. So I’m sure you will do it again. For all the beginners do not push your body too much. Do it slowly. Your body is designed to survive, so there is no need to put it into the alert mode.
