About

AI is fundamentally reshaping how organizations think, decide, delegate, and work. I help senior engineering and technology leaders navigate that transformation.

I draw on 20+ years of solution architecture experience, leadership research, and firsthand experience inside both Microsoft and AWS. My forthcoming book, Agentic Organizations: How AI Transforms Teams, Culture, and Work, introduces a framework built on three pillars — Culture, Communication, and Delegation — for leading organizations through the AI transformation that’s already underway.

Background

I currently work on Multicloud AI Strategy at AWS, focused on enterprise AI adoption. Before that, I spent years as a Tech Lead at Microsoft, covering AI and application innovation across 109 countries. I’ve also been a startup CTO twice, building and shipping global SaaS products.

My academic work bridges technology and leadership. I hold a PhD in Leadership for Information Systems from the University of the Cumberlands, where my research examined how technical community engagement impacts engineering leadership and employee engagement. I also hold an MS in Computer Science, an MEng in Engineering Management, and an MA in Organizational Leadership.

Speaking

I’ve delivered 367+ sessions across 73+ universities and audiences in 13 countries, speaking at the intersection of AI, organizational transformation, and leadership. I’m an ACM Distinguished Speaker, IEEE Senior Member, and BCS Fellow.
